will open Orient By The Sea Restaurant for his 33rd
season. With an extensive menu offering local seafood and fresh vegetables, Orient By The Sea is not only enjoyed by the locals but by the many passers by as the restaurant sits just west of the Cross Sound Ferry overlooking beautiful Gardiners Bay. After a day at the beach or an afternoon of wine tasting it is the perfect place to relax and have a great meal or cocktail and enjoy the friendly North Fork service.
